You can earn points and redeem them for free Storypod products!
There's many ways to earn points. All purchasers on storypod.com automatically earn 1 point with every $1 spent. See the Ways to Earn section above for more ways you can earn. And when you reach our VIP Tiers you can unlock additional perks!
Simply create and log in to your Storypod Shop account here (note: this login is separate from your Storypod App account) to view your Loyalty points and VIP status.
Where can I go to see all of my perks?
On this page you're on! Just make sure your'e logged in to your Shop account (log in here) and you'll see your Loyalty points, redemption history, VIP Tier status, and buttons to redeem your points for freebies.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 6 months if they have not been redeemed for a Reward. We will notify you starting at 30 days before a points expiration date. Be sure to redeem your points for a Reward before points expire!
Are there any limits to the earning rules?
The following earning rules can earn points a maximum of 1 time only: Create account, Follow us on Insta, Join Facebook Group, Sign up for texts, Write a Review, Add photo to review, Add video to review.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points for a Reward is easy! In the "How to Use Your Points" section on the Rewards page, click "Redeem my points" and log in to your Shop account, if you are not already logged in. Choose your Freebie based on the redeemable points you have available. Add your Freebie item to your cart and apply the coupon code at checkout. Please note: You may still incur other charges like tax and shipping.
How do I reach the VIP Tiers?
To reach the VIP Tiers, reach a lifetime spend of at least $150 for Fans, $225 for Friends, or $300 for Family. Your status will immediately be upgraded to qualify you for next-level bonuses and perks at each VIP Tier!
Does VIP status expire?
Great news: your VIP status NEVER expires! Once you reach a VIP Tier, you'll be able to enjoy the VIP benefits you earned to the fullest.
How will I receive my Birthday bonus as a Family VIP?
On your little one's birthday, we'll send you an email or text to let you know your Birthday bonus points have been added to your account. Simply log in to your Shop account and redeem a Reward using the bonus points!
How does the Sitewide discount work?
Based on your VIP Tier level, you will earn a sitewide discount code of up to 15% off anytime you shop! Enjoy unlimited usage with your discount code. Bundles and Learning Sets are excluded. Other exclusions may apply.
Can I combine discounts and freebies?
Discounts and freebie rewards cannot be combined. Other exclusions may apply.
Does the Freebie count towards Free Shipping?
The Freebie reward in your cart does not count towards the Free Shipping threshold.
How do the point multipliers work?
Based on your VIP Tier level, you may earn extra points on your purchases. So if your points multiplier is 1.25, and you earn 10 points, you will actually be credited 12.5 points on every purchase.
What if I forgot to log in before making a purchase?
You will earn points and earnings towards your VIP status regardless of whether you are logged in, as long as you use the same email address. You must log in to redeem your rewards.
What happens if I use a different email address to make a purchase?
Your Loyalty points and VIP status are tied to one email address. Be sure to use the same email address for all purchases to enjoy your perks to the fullest extent.
What happens if I return my items?
Once your order has been refunded, any points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account, and your VIP Tier status will be adjusted accordingly based on your lifetime spend. If you redeemed your points and used your Freebie Reward in the purchase, the points used for this Freebie Reward will return to your account. It is possible to have a negative point balance.
Can I transfer my points?
Yes, points can be transferred to the main Storypod device owner's account! If you gave your Storypod items as a gift, or used a different email address accidentally, simply contact our friendly Customer Support team here to ask about transferring Reward points to your preferred account. VIP status is tied to one email address, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Can I get points if I received Storypod items as a gift?
Yes, the gift giver may transfer any points earned to the main Storypod device owner's account! Simply contact our friendly Customer Support team here to ask about transferring Reward points. VIP status is tied to one email address, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
How do referrals work?

Why does my Mobile App login not work on the Shop account?
The Storypod Shop account login is separate from your Storypod Mobile App account (for now!), however both account logins may use the same email address.
Why did my Free Reward Item apply a discount across several items instead of giving me one free item?
The way our system applies the Free Item Reward is by applying the discount for the total value of the Freebie amount across the item(s) in the chosen Reward category. If multiple items in one category are added to the cart, the value of the one Free Item Reward will be applied across all items of the same category.
