Refund Policy
We accept returns of items purchased on storypod.com, myeddi.com, or Amazon.com within 30 days after your order was shipped.
We want you to be able to try out our award-winning audio system to make sure you love it. You can set it up, listen to wonderful songs, stories, and skill-building audio on any of our lovable yarn characters and other audio collections. If you don't love it, we'll email you a prepaid label for you to send your order back for a refund. Returns from Canada will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
However, please understand that items are ONLY eligible for a return if the product is returned:
- in its original packaging.
- in a condition that allows it to be resold.*
- with all its original contents.
*Due to the nature of our products (yarn figurines, books, music player with fabric cover, etc.) and intended market (children), we can only accept returns for items that were used with due care.
How To Initiate Your Refund
First, please ensure your product is eligible for a return or replacement according to our policy as stated above. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team:
If you purchased our products on a third-party site, such as Amazon.com, please follow their returns procedures. You may also contact our customer service team directly for assistance.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return arrives in our warehouse, we will take up to 7 business days to inspect your return. If your return is eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund to the payment method used to place your order.
Warranty Policy
We will replace a defective product within 12 months of purchase. A product will be considered defective after all troubleshooting attempts have been made by our customer service team. Defective products will be replaced with an identical product of equal or greater value. Replacements are shipped after the defective product has been successfully returned to our warehouse.
We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States and will provide you with the prepaid return shipping label. Returns from Canada will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

Getting Your Replacement
