Within the continental US shipping is FREE for any orders $50.00 and greater, and $8.99 for lower cart values. An express (2d) option is available for $21.99 on all cart values. Outside the continental US - Alaska, Hawaii, Military/Diplomatic Addresses, and US territories - shipping is FREE for orders $50.00 and greater, and $12.99 for lower cart values. An express (2d) option for these orders is available for $49.99. Express options may not be available for PO Boxes.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays) after we have received final payment. Our orders will ship from our Indiana-based warehouse facility. Due to our quick processing time, we can unfortunately not accept order cancellations or changes to your order once it has been handed to the carrier. If a change is urgently needed, please reach out to us with your order number and the requested change details and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Your order should reach you within 2-6 business days after it has left our facilities. Shipping during Holiday peak season can unfortunately increase delivery time by 2-5 business days.

Once your order has been handed over to the Shipping Carrier, Storypod is released of any responsibility for that shipment.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:

All orders placed directly on Storypod.com before December 25th, 2025 are eligible for an extended return date of January 15th, 2026. All other terms of the Refund Policy remain in effect.
